This contrasts sharply with the structured training courses of other complementary therapies.
However, the growing interest in Reiki in healthcare circles and the surge in research aimed at validating its effectiveness point to a pivotal moment for the practice. This webinar proposes ways of developing the rigour and ethics of the training and practice, reassessing its internal contradictions, and highlighting the aspects linked to the helping relationship and the framework, among others. The aim is to stimulate a constructive debate to strengthen the credibility and effectiveness of this ancient form of energy therapy.

Summary
This presentation aims to explain Reiki's nature and its mechanism of action, using the vibrational view of life. It explores the vibrational states of living matter and elucidates the biochemical effects of Reiki. Furthermore, it sheds light on the particular synergistic and electromagnetic interaction between the practitioner and the recipient, which generates a harmonious state in the recipient. The need of initiations is explained, as they enable synergistic interactions to be established, so that the practitioner does not tire during a treatment. Ultimately, this presentation introduces a new paradigm for Reiki, emphasizing vibrational coherence and coordination as the central focus, while de-emphasizing the traditional Western energetic aspects.
This presentation is designed to be easily understood by all audiences and aims to provide a pedagogical introduction to the fundamental concepts of Reiki from the point of view of physical sciences.
